Introductory course for budding aerialists! Focuses on the fundamentals of flight, including mounting and dismounting the apparatus, standing, sitting, fundamentals of climbing, and basic footlock.

Silks Fundamentals

A class focused on the skills and drills that make us successful aerialists. In this class we focus on building strength by climbing, learning the principles of being upside down, and putting on locks in the air. This class is highly recommended for the first six months of aerial silks training, and is also a great class for advanced students that like to practice their basics in a class setting. Expect to be challenged!

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30 p.m.
Saturdays at 12:30 p.m.

Silks Application

A class focused on utilizing our fundamentals in interesting and creative ways. We will be gaining stamina by practicing long sequences, learning drops that emphasize greater body control, and building our knowledge of silk theory. This class is recommended for students that have a minimum of 6 months aerial silks training.

Sundays at 12:30 p.m. Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m.

Lyra Fundamentals

A class focused on building strength by learning ways to mount the aerial hoop, performing conditioning exercises, and gaining some basic aerial hoop skills to set our foundation for lyra.

Alternating Sundays at 1:30 p.m.

Lyra Application

A class focused on building sequences using our skills in Lyra Fundamentals, in addition to learning more complex and dynamic hoop tricks. It is recommended that students have at least 3-6 months in lyra training prior to joining this class.

Open Hang

Supervised open gym for aerial students. During this time students can practice the skills they learn in class, work on conditioning, and prepare routines.
